1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using services provided by LikaChip Network (“LikaChip”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. The service is provided “as is” without warranties not required by applicable law.
2. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikaChip, its owners, administrators, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. This includes loss of data, revenue, availability, or access.
3. Acceptable use
The following activity is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar unauthorized compute workloads.
- Network attacks, including denial-of-service attacks, scanning, spoofing, and botnet command-and-control.
- Malicious payloads, malware, ransomware, phishing material, or attempts to bypass upload scanning.
- Resource abuse intended to degrade shared infrastructure or other customers’ servers.
- Illegal content or activity that violates applicable law.
4. Data and backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important worlds, plugins, and configuration. Dashboard backups are an operational convenience and are not a substitute for an off-platform backup.
5. Network availability
We apply baseline network protections but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during attacks, provider outages, maintenance, or infrastructure failure. A repeatedly targeted endpoint may be temporarily limited to protect the wider service.
6. Termination and refunds
LikaChip may suspend or terminate service for a material breach of these terms, abuse, non-payment, or a serious security risk.
Payments are final except where a refund is required by law. Unused time, policy suspensions, and brief service interruptions are not automatically refundable.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LikaChip and its owners harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.
Privacy
We collect account, payment-reference, server, and security information needed to deliver and protect the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored in the control panel. We do not sell personal information. Operational and abuse records are retained only as long as needed for service, safety, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.
